Cooking (Tuesday Afternoons)
Our goal this year is to try to prepare foods which are made from ingredients primarily grown in our own garden-- which we have so far been able to do. Because we do not raise farm animals (unfortunately) we are steering (no pun intended) away from meat dishes this year.

Kind of a blurry picture, but you can still see how huge the greens were from our garden that we used for our recipe this week: Sauted Greens + Coconut Milk over Rice!
A Swedish Fruit Steamer
We used this contraption to make some delicious grape juice out of some Concord grapes picked from Mr. Henke's yard. It's his steamer too.
